Job Title: VP, Continuous Process Improvement
Department: Global Operations
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Work From Anywhere (WFA) in the U.S.

About The Role:

Sterling is looking for a passionate leader for continuous process improvement and change management to build and deliver best in class client and candidate experiences, approach zero defect quality through efficient and effective processes. This role requires a strong leader, highly experienced in business transformation and quality management methodologies, eager to build a process improvement team from the ground up. Reporting into our Chief Fulfillment Officer, this role will work closely with Global Operations, Product, and Client & Sales Operations.

This Is What You’ll Do:

Establish framework and implement methodologies for continuous process improvement
Scope projects and processes, prioritize, and identify opportunities for improvement
Define and implement process improvements on approved key initiatives that focus on: client satisfaction and retention ; quality of service; cost efficiency; process control; compliance
Build, lead, train, coach and guide a new team of continuous improvement process employees
Work cross functionally and end-to-end across the customer life cycle to solve problems using a strong analytical toolset
Ignite change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Be able to dive deep into a product area and suggest product and process changes with client and candidate service in mind
Optimize global operations to deliver best-in-class service
Measure success using metrics that tie to experiential performance
Reduce COGS spend through process improvements and efficiencies
Grow the use and impact of Lean Six Sigma practices across the organization

This Is the Job For You If You Have:

Extensive experience as a certified Master Black Belt
10+ years experience focused on Lean and continuous improvement
Proficiency in CI transformation for transactional processes and Commercial area
Demonstrated success in leading significant change in organizations
Ability to drive hands on execution in the business and strategic thinking with top leaders
Ability to apply Lean Thinking and Lean Tools in high volume operations
Broad business knowledge and ability to link client needs with business processes
Propensity for identifying issues proactively, making decision with incomplete information, and ability to manage ambiguity
Excellent project management skills
Bachelor’s degree required (Operations Management or related field highly preferred). Master’s degree preferred
