July 8, 1962 – December 29, 2023

We are saddened to announce that the life journey of our dear friend and colleague, Lisa Reagan, came to a peaceful close on December 29th, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Lisa’s illustrious career spanned over three decades, during which she profoundly impacted the field of Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma. She taught and coached with a passion that was nothing short of transformative.  Her dedication and devotion could not be more evident than when she was reviewing Lean Six Sigma project reports in her hospital bed on December 23rd.

As a Senior Associate and our Director of Curriculum Development, Lisa’s legacy is marked by her unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in process and product optimization. Her work developing customized training programs for multinational corporations was a testament to her expertise and dedication to advancing our field.

Lisa’s academic achievements were equally remarkable. A proud graduate of Bowling Green State University and the University of Texas, she earned her degrees with the highest distinction, reflecting her deep understanding of Mathematics and Statistics, the foundation upon which she built a career of notable achievements.

Lisa’s tenure as a Master Black Belt, her authorship of the guidebook “Design for Six Sigma,” and her pivotal role in teaching at the corporate level underscored her unparalleled proficiency and her desire to share her knowledge with others.

To those who knew her, Lisa was more than an educator and mentor; she was a kind, gentle, and caring presence whose passion for teaching was matched only by her dedication to making complex concepts accessible and engaging. Her ability to translate statistical knowledge into clear, actionable insights made her a valued partner to anyone who had the privilege of working with her.

Lisa’s legacy of kindness, generosity, and intellectual curiosity will live on through the countless individuals she inspired, both in and out of the classroom. Though she has left us, her teachings, spirit, and passion for life and learning continue to inspire us, just as her presence enriched every life she touched.  Lisa was indeed a gift from God.
