Learning Objectives
The objective of this virtual course is to help students build practical Lean Six Sigma skills through recorded lessons, exercises, quizzes, and review materials. Students will learn how to use DMAIC, apply basic analytical tools, and understand the Green Belt body of knowledge in a structured online format.
Virtual Course Structure and Self-Paced Learning
This self-paced virtual course includes 16 recorded sessions, each approximately one hour long. Students are encouraged to follow the modules in order because each session builds on the previous topic. Each module may include practice exercises, supplemental readings, review questions, and a 5-question quiz to check understanding.
