The Lean Six Sigma White Belt Online Course is designed for those who are interested in gaining a solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles. The course will teach how the two work together to create the powerful continuous process improvement methodology and why companies embrace it. Air Academy Associates Lean Six Sigma White Belts will have the tools necessary to participate in team problem solving and assist with culture change fundamentals.
At the end of each session, there is an associated 5-question quiz to test your knowledge and gauge your understanding of that topic. To receive credit for module completion, learners must answer 4 out of 5 quiz questions correctly. Quizzes can be taken until a passing score is achieved.

Course Structure
This is a self-paced course, consisting of 2 recorded sessions. There is an outline at the end of this document that describes the content in each of the sessions. Although the sessions can be viewed in any order, we believe that you will learn most efficiently by following the sequence in the order shown. In particular, the first session presents an overview of Lean Six Sigma, which will be helpful to put the remaining sessions in proper context. SPC XL Product Demo
Creates control charts, diagrams (histograms, Pareto, box plots, etc.), MSA, t-Test, F-Test, etc., from within Excel. Upon installation, SPC XL 20 integrates into Excel and appears as a menu item on the Excel toolbar.
